Stitched pret & abayas: Unworn items with original tags may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Garments must show no perfume, makeup, or alteration. One free exchange per order — courier return charges apply unless the fault is ours.

Lawn & unstitched fabric: Once fabric is cut by you or your tailor, the sale is final. Uncut, sealed lawn bundles may be exchanged within 48 hours if print or meterage differs from description — contact us with unboxing photos.

Festive & sale items: Sequin, tissue, and marked-down festive pieces are exchange-only for size — no refunds. Dupatta-only orders follow the same 7-day unworn rule.
